Home Maintenance

Assisting our clients with maintaining their home is what we do best! Here we are adding proper support brackets to our clients foundation at their cottage in Rigaud to prevent any further damage. Prevention maintenance is always the best practice to avoid costly emergencies. 

First Annual Vendors Fair

On Saturday, March 22nd, we will be participating in this years First Annual Vendors Fair supporting the CommunityWings Charity. We will be featuring our VIP Bartending Service at the Hudson Community Center, 394 Main, from 11 am to 7 pm. We hope to see you all there!

Our final step will be grouting the floors to finish up the bathroom for our rental property renovation.

Our local plaster professional from Hudson Holmes is finishing up the last coat of plaster. We have also chosen a simple porcelain tile for the bathroom floor to stick to our clients budget.

Custom Wine Rack

Here's a beautiful wine cellar that we built a few years ago. Today we're back in this classy wine cellar to give it a fresh coat of paint.

Plumbing, check! Electricity, check! We are making great progress on the rental property. The walls are up in time to call-in the plaster guy and prepare our tile design!

Moving Along

Demo day has come and gone. Today we have the electrician installing the proper wiring and Plombexpert installing a new bath tub and inspect all the pre-existing plumbing to make sure everything is up to code. Things are moving along beautifully on this site!

Our Maintenance Tip Of The Week

Keep your Bath and Shower clean! 

A good indication of when your bath needs attention is when you notice that the caulking in your bath or shower starts to turn dark and moldy. This may indicate that there is water getting through and may result in a catastrophic situation causing health issues. Remember to always watch for early signs of caulking discoloration. Feel free to contact us today to re-caulk your shower!
